St Louis

The St Louis project is a great example of how Austin Impressions can skillfully update an older, small house with an addition that adds ample usable space. A master bedroom, master bath and dressing closet were added to this existing tiny house giving the owners a fabulous, modern retreat.

The existing house was then reconfigured to include a stellar, firey music room, guest room with window seats and new closet, and larger family living area.

Check out the sliding barn doors, beautiful spa shower, and interesting curved wall in the living area. Outside, notice the California influenced privacy fence which the neighbors all love.
