Cullen Street

The Cullen Street Design and Build remodeling project will add another charming updated home to the Crestview area. The house has been gutted down to the studs and will have a new raised roofline with shade providing overhangs and attic space for storage. A new front and back deck will offer many opportunities for hanging with friends.

An addition to the back will make room for a larger kitchen-dining-living area big enough for entertaining larger crowds. The bedrooms and baths will be reconfigured for more optimal usage and comfort.

This remodel is vying for a 5 star Austin Energy Green Building rating. By using green practices and products, both Austin Impressions and the homeowners are making a contribution to sustainable living.
